Over 150 gerontological nurses were there – from registered nursing students (several were sponsored by the Red Deer chapter), educators, administrators, licensed practical nurses, registered psychiatric nurses, front line staff from all sectors (acute care, continuing care, home care), clinical specialists, researchers and retired nurses.
